Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Regatta Park Engagement Party: Matt & Jessica

Their first date sealed the deal and these two began planning their life together. Matt and Jessica could not get enough of who they saw in one another. They even found out they went to the same Life.Church campus. These two were hooked! The future began looking brighter and these two did not want to live life with out the other.

As Matt waited patiently for the delivery of the beautiful ring he designed with H&A International, he began planning the perfect proposal. Finding the perfect place and words to say were underway. Finally, the planning was done, the ring was in hand and stunning, the Oklahoma weather was perfect... It was time to get on one knee!

Matt and Jessica drove to the Bricktown Canal in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on a Friday evening and began taking a stroll. As they reached a waterfall, Matt had Jessica sit as he pulled out some flying wish paper.

After they had written their wishes, Matt lit the paper on fire. These two love birds watched the paper ignite right before it vanished.

Matt then looked at Jessica and told her he had one more wish. As he got on one knee and held out the flawless engagement ring Matt said,

"I wish for you to be my wife. Will you marry me?"

Jessica smiled ear to ear and said, "YES!"

After this amazing moment, we were able to capture some great shots of the newly engaged couple.

Matt took Jessica's newly jeweled hand and they began walking down the Bricktown Canal again.

Little did Jessica know that a surprise engagement party was awaiting the two of the them at the Regatta Park. As they walked around the bend of the canal, she saw all her friends and family waiting for their arrival.

Friends from all over were there to congratulate Matt and Jessica. Cheers and hugs were given from everyone.

Matt and Jessica then told the engagement story to everyone and thanked everyone for coming.

After the engagement story was told, everyone was welcome to dig into dessert and enjoy a coffee from Junction Coffee! This double decker coffee bus came and spoiled the guests with amazing coffee!

Junction Coffee made the newly engaged couple feel special. We went to the top of the double decker for more special moments.

Jessica was even able to face time Stella!!

While family and friends enjoyed their warm beverage and tasty treats, they mingled and had great fellowship.

These two families could not be any more ecstatic for their kiddos.

Congrats Matt and Jessica!! Wishing you all the best!!

Arcadia, Oklahoma Family Session: Kintzel Family

Justin, Ashley and their kiddos are just so stinking cute. I could not help myself and had to throw the time aspect out the window when it came to this family session.
I could not get enough of this sweet family.

These three kiddos loved spending time out at Parkhurst Pumpkin Patch. There was so much to do and lots of space to run. They were ready and eager to be in front of the camera.

These kids and their baby blues can stop you in your tracks.  So beautiful!

We spent the first part of our session in the entrance of the pumpkin patch. Justin and Jackson went first followed by Ashley with her two beauties. We finished up at the entrance with Nora and Isabelle showing each other some sisterly love.

After the girls showed us how sisters should love one another, we headed into the pumpkin patch to explore. The girls quickly found the petting zoo and loved giving their daddy some love during a family photo opp. :)

This beautiful covering screamed for couple shots. Justin and Ashley are such a beautiful couple. These two organically posed themselves during their flirtatious banter. It was like they were reading my mind and we were in synch as photographer and client. Love it when that happens.

I know! They are picture perfect! :)

To finish up this fun filled family session, we headed on over to our last spot.

Sweet Nora and Isabelle had me smiling and giggling along with them. These sweet faces were just amazing to capture! :) Just look at the love between these two little doves. Isabelle is such a good big sister to Nora.

I am so thankful that I was able to capture these sweet moments for the Kintzel family. I cannot wait until their next family session!

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Newborn Portrait Session: Kirbie Lynn

So excited to begin writing about this newborn session in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Kirbie Lynn is such a precious baby and I am looking forward to seeing the plans God has for this little one. She is going to be spoiled with her family's attention and surrounded by love.

Just look at that precious face! The crocheted crown from Target was perfect for this little princess, given the fact that her last name is King. :) Kirbie slept soundly and peacefully as we captured some great moments for mommy and daddy to have forever.

Kirbie did so well! We were able to place her in so many different poses and props! Even her best friend Bella came into the session to say hello and make sure Kirbie was doing well.

As we finished the last pose with a smile, Kirbie began to open her little eyes. She was ready to show us all the amazing details in her nursery. Her mommy, Kim, did such a great job in putting everything together, and her daddy, Kevin, did a great job in painting her nursery.

Kirbie's first book, On the Night You Were Born, by Nancy Tillman, was the perfect finishing touch to this amazing nursery. This bestseller was present in Kirbie's delivery room at Lakeside Women's Hopsital. The nurses were so sweet to stamp Kirbie's beautiful feet on the front page. Visitors were even asked to sign their name in the book to have as a keepsake. You can read all about Kirbie's birth story, here.

After Kirbie showed us her nursery, it was time for daddy and mommy time. Watching these two be parents is fun and a blessing. You can feel the love between them as you watch them love on their precious daughter.

I am so happy for the King family and love them dearly. I am not only honored to have stamped these moments into memories, I am also blessed to call Kevin and Kim friends.
